3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed and delivered projects (e.g., final website designs, marketing campaign reports).
- Services where full specifications were approved prior to commencement.
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf, such as ad spend, software subscriptions, or hosting fees.
4. Revision Policy
We value your satisfaction and offer revisions to ensure deliverables meet your expectations.
- Social Media Marketing: Revisions to campaign designs or content can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Web Designing: Revisions are allowed based on the project scope outlined in the contract. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
